Book Formatting Application - Online

I want to develop an "online" application in PHP that will do the following: o Use the "Browse" function of html code to allow a customer to locate an 8.5"x 11.0" page size file on their computer and then have a PHP script "read" the file up to my server and convert the file to a 5.5"x 8.5" page size file and display the converted file on the screen. o I would like the displayed file to be editable and show page breaks, paragraph breaks and other MS Word features. Not all features, but some minimum formatting features. o After the file is corrected and accepted by the author, I would like to have it saved to the server as an rtf file and compiled to a PDF file and save that file to the server also. I believe there are some PHP classes that can accomplish most of these tasks. I need someone to research the classes and determine if this can be accomplished. To qualify for receiving a contract award, the bidder must communicate to me with specific questions and answers regarding approaches to solving this problem. In turn, I will share more specifics with those coders who have a grasp of what is needed. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
