1. Tool needed concentrates horse racing Australian horse racing events. 2.** Need automated bet placement robot and tool** 3. Need a box next to all horses on all events. If i tick the horse, then i can let the robot operate on that slection. 4. Robot operates only on favourite 5. Option needed of 'minimum amount matched'. Some events at least 30K needed. Once figure has been reached, then robot can continue to next stage. Need option on certain events having different 'mimimum amount matched'. City areas need at least 50K, outer events need 30K. Option needed that can set the amount in. 6. Sselection to have 75% of market or higher. This _amount the horse has matched_ divide by _total amount matched._ For e.g. If horse has 24K out of 30K then horse has 80% of market. Option needed to change % 7. If all passes, bet can be placed, need option to change stake. Two tiers of betting needed esplain later. 8. Mechanism needed in robot that monitors % of horse till event suspended. If horse falls below 75% and bet has been placed, then want to get off - everything back to 0. Monitoring is to make sure the percentage is maintained over the 75%, **This point is the most important point in the whole robot - need to explain more.** 9. favourite must be between the odds of 1.8 and 3.5. Option needed for change of odds

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
