Assistance in troubleshooting public folders on Exchange/ Windows 2003 SBS machine

I am requesting remote assistance to troubleshoot an Exchange/ Windows 2003 SBS machine. I had several public folders set up, and tried to archive some personal emails to the public folders, and the system locked up. Now, none of my clients can access the public folders; an error messge comes up. When I try to access the public folders from Outlook, it says "Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook Could not access the specified folder location. Could not open the item. Try again." In the Exchange System Manager, when I try to view the public folders, it says: "The HTTP service used by Public Folders is not available, possible causes are that Public Stores are not mounted and the Information service is not running. ID no: c1030af3 Exchange System Manager It is Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Exchange is Version 5.2 (Service Pack 1) I am requesting help via remote access (Remote Desktop Connection or VNC) to help restore access to the public folders.
