Admin Panel upgrade

Our company would like some upgrades to be done to one of our websites' admin panel: Jamaicanexpansion.com. Most of the work required is to be done in the 'advertise' section of the admin panel. The project essentially involves allowing the administrator to choose different formats of advertising, code or image.
