Add web reporting to PowerBuilder application

Software for small club golf tournament management requires capability to publish existing reports to web. Software prints (to printer) several reports already. These will need to be formatted in HTML, written to file, and uploaded to a defined server as valid HTML files on request by the user. Each file will have a unique filename based on the user, tournament, date, and report type. Software is in production and mature. It was written in PowerBuilder 10.5 and source code will be made available to the winning bidder. Following completion of project, would also like a report of recommendations for further development of the software.
