We have a property management database that is used to manage rental properties. The database produces a number of Word mail merge documents already however we wish to add two new Microsoft Word mail merges - a statement for Landlords and a statement for tenants. The mail merge routine must be capable of printing one statement for a selected property or tenant or multiple statments where there is no selection. In addition, the statements must be capable of holding multiple transactions on one page for each statement. I have attached two sample templates that details where the data comes from for each mail merge (see comments for data source). ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 3) The code must work with all versions of Microsoft Word ## Platform MS Access XP
