Able Dating Site amendmets v2.4

Hello, We need our a bit of a clean up on our Abledate site. Would prefer person with Abledate experience - but not a necessity. Here is a list of our requirements: 1) I need users to be able to select which photo they want as their main profile picture. Preferable using radio buttons - but open to suggestions. 2) When members login to the site the 'Online Now' does not update right away to reflect the correct number of members online. It's sometimes more, it's sometimes less. It needs looking at & needs to be accurate. 3) When some one logs out during an Instant Message conversation I need it to display 'MEMBERNAME: HAS LOGGED OUT' in the other members IM window. And turn the logged out members 'Last Activity' status to todays date. 4) When a user is inactive for 5 minutes their 'Last Activity' status needs to be set default to today date. And the 'Chat' (IM) option on their profile needs to be disabled to stop other members attempting to IM them. 5) When reading a mail I need the member name who the mail is from to link through to their profile page. 6) Give the mail subject a maximum length. 40 Characters. 7) I need a link to 'My Favorites' in the main menu (blue background menu) 8) From the Admin I need to be able to select the 6 profiles that appear on the home page 'Featured Profiles' list. 9) Remove 'Birthdays' from the Member Status drop downs on the [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] pages 10) On the [login to view URL] page the words 'username' & 'password' in the login fields need to be in light grey. Then when the user clicks to enter their username & password I need the pre filled text to disappear & be filled with black text. 11) For extra security add a 'username' field to the site Admin login. There's currently just a 'password' field. 12) Date format is currently 25-03-09 I need it to be 25/03/09 If you have got any questions please contact me before bidding on this project.
