We are seeking a self-motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individual to be at the ground level for a new media start-up that has launched and will launch numerous websites within the United States and abroad.
We are seeking a person with the intelligence, vision, confidence, ambition, and an innovative personality to work with new a United States Media Company. KMI has and will continue to launch numerous in house web concepts. Currently we are seeking a Team Lead Programmer that will be developing web launches for years to come. Intermediate to higher English required.
Hitting deadlines and having a grasp of comprehensive and sophisticated programming needs for numerous websites is a must. Applicant must have the ability to manage numerous junior programmers.
KMI has media offices in the United States, Ukraine, and Philippines. Daily contact with all programmers to guide and test all work submitted for the Company to verify compliance and integration with Company scope. This position will require a candidate with the understanding of technology and programming to be able to monitor and work with our programmers. They will work hand-in-hand with our abroad programmers and assist in delegation, monitoring, and enforcement of our foreign offices. Foreign travel may be required to the United States.
Must have innovative ideas to contribute to the websites and work on scoping current and additional websites. 5 + years of experience is preferred.
