A general personalized blog site with a simple shopping tool

We would like to design a website with two main features: 1) blog feature: Only Poweruser can post blog to the site. Admin can modify all the info (post time etc) of the blog. Each blog has its own tags which can be used for any sql search. Normal users can comment to the blog. The comment should support threaded comments if possible. 2) shopping feature Each product has certain tags which can be used generate requested views using sql. A fully featured online store will be great. 3) product management system A system management system to support order, shipping, etc. We will provide the details of website design and database structure and the main workflow. If you are not good at graphic design, we will look for a graphic desginer also. The communication will based on skype and svn check in/out.
