UPDATE: I HAVE A LOT OF BIDS SO IF YOUR BIDS ARE OVER $500 FOR BOTH WEBSITES PLEASE DONT WASTE MY TIME SEND ME SAMPLES AND AN ESTIMATE TIMEFRAME I need 2 websites. I  want to keep the maintnance myself so you would just teach me how to acces everything and how to use everything and I would take over. I have some knowledge I just dont have the time right now. i would need basic/foundation SEO, tags and headers while building I will write all the content I just need design and framework 1.- it needs to be a communitty based website, with embebed facebook twitter, blog (very important) users, mssges within users profiles for the users, (jind of like facebook I want people to register before they can comment and they can have a PROFILE picture and send mssgs to other users. if they can sign up using facebook HUGEEEE PLUS), you tube channel embebed, really cool loking, nice design.
