backend for an online idea exchange community

We're looking for an experienced company to build a backend for an online idea exchange community website for us. Strong knowledge of PHP and MySql is required. Communication will be done via our Project Tracking System or skype,icq,msn,yahoo,phone. We are interested in quick turnaround and excellent results in the shortest time possible. We will provide: - design-templates, HTML - detailed technical specification for the project - storyboards explaining website functionality - PHP Framework using which we prefer you to work with us - Hosting for this project. You should sign NDA agreement with us. project should be completed in 3 weeks. Please note that there will be NO UPFRONT PAYMENT available. Payment will be done so: 1-2 weeks - for a Beta verison (40% payment will be made via Paypal upon Beta version delivery) 3 weeks - completion of the site and launch (30% payment via paypal) 4 week - one week after the launch for bugfixing, final 30% via paypal.
