Looking for a web developer to build the following site: 1. A marketplace (or classifieds) for housing where people can post a house to rent/sublease and potential tenants can browse through all the postings. 2. A simple and user friendly design will be required. 3. A search engine will be needed and a potential map feature which allows people to locate postings on a Google map. 4. Other features may be needed and will be disclosed later.
