Designer To Adjust Template... For Immediate Start

ONLY BID IF YOU CAN START NOW! Normally I can do this myself, but this seems to use a framework that I am totally unfamiliar with. Need the layout of [login to view URL] Changed to the exact same layout as [login to view URL] No need to change any graphics or colours or text. Need the right container removed from public pages. Need the central content area reduced to same size as [login to view URL] and then the right and left contaiuners added for advertising placeholders (same as [login to view URL]). In member area, need right menu changed to top menu with sub menu fly outs (same as [login to view URL]). Below center content area in both public and member pages need banner ad block added (same as [login to view URL]). Need to keep text ad box, this will go under banner ad block mentioned above. Bidders need to register with both above websites so they can see the different layouts between public and member pages. Need this started as soon as possible. I need the front end done right away so I can start working on the colour scheme myself. While I am doing that, you can start on the member area layout. Once this is completed, I have 2 other designs I want done which I will negotiate separately with designer.
