Design Homepage of wordpress website & Create Pages with table feature

Hello, I need to Design/create for my word press website's Homepage by Creating a Table for Left Sidebar(to be placed in widgets) &Three Table for the Content Area by using any plugin or your own methods & Create Four pages with table ,Only bid if you are very good in design.(Design sample & Full idea will be provided by me -the developer needs to make some changes to the design to be more professional to fit to my theme) Details 1) In the Left sidebar area of Home page - Add a Table with two tabs(should need to added to widgets of sidebar 1 )(See Screenshot) (For this i have attached screenshot for getting an Idea,the developer need to create a new one very Good looking) 2) My Homepage view is left side bar,content area,Right sidebar - In the Middle (content) area need to create Three Tables 1ST & 2nd Table same design only main heading change - see image attached 3rd table is a compare table with 7 Rows length and two column view 3) Create pages with table -Four Pages -pages should be created - with table similar to the Homepage first table but with user rating feature need to add I need very good looking tables with background color,Please only bid if your design is professional My Budget is Max 70$ -Looking for Individual freelancers or freelance houses who can do very attractive within my budget -period within 3 days
