Customize My Joomla Template

Hi, I have the website tiroalblancopr (dot) com, and i use a template made by me with Artisteer but i want to give to this template or to the original joomla "JA_Purity" template a good "eye catching" refresh. I have an idea but I'm not a Photoshop\Illustrator professional and i can't do it. I include attached my actual template with some corrections and a template of a website friend with the idea of the concept that i want. 1-Is a simple 3 columns template, i think that i need a 1400px complete wide and the column of the right 160px and the left 200px 2- Fill the Background area with the concepts of my actual "header" with the idea of eliminate this Header and only use the website logo (i have all of this images, original psd of the header and logo) My website is a simple Non-Profit Forum
