Customer Service Rating Website

Hi, I am looking to develop a website where customers can both vent their poor customer service experiences and highlight excellent service, other viewers can reply or vote and companies can claim their post, register and reply to customers. All posts should be anonymous and can be sent to social networking sites. *********Must have same features as [login to view URL] . But better designed Website must be CMS. (Ability to change header etc., add articles and advertisements) This site must be easy to navigate. Posters submit their details which are only visible to the companies to respond to queries. Viewers should search via company or location to see if a company is listed or reviewed. There should not be any company duplication. Fields should include: First Name* Surname Email * Phone Company Name (Auto fill based on previous submissions) Country Location / Branch (Auto fill based on previous submissions) I need a badge that we give to companies that have excellent service that will link back to this site.
