Custom WP Template from prebuilt

Hi! I have a custom WP template that I need to duplicate and create another version of, but this version entails changes that I will design for you. I will provide details of the template you're duplicating once you bid. The overall structure isn't much different but I can highlight these changes. If you have CUSTOM WORDPRESS template experience, then you can bid on this project. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT CUSTOMIZE the WordPress Template. We currently have less than 100 products in the store at this time. There will be an additional 300+ by the time we are done, so around 400. I will provide a spreadsheet of EVERY PRODUCT DETAIL, so you can easily import the data into the site and have most of the site populated. This will require somewhere between 20 and 40 hours of your time to complete this project. There might be more items required that will be outside of the scope of this, and we will agree before work is completed, what that might entail. Then we will make additional milestones for that. You will be required to develop the website on our server. Fully php compatible and already hosts the main WP site/store we have now. Also, I will break this project into 3 milestones, completion of duplicate site set up, phase 1, new design implemented will release payment 2 and finally, when it goes live will be payment 3 released. All other additional work milestones will be released on the date of the final milestone.
