Custom Quote form for printing.

I need to have developed a custom quote form that can be used on all web browsers, cross platform, and mobile devices. This quote form will have many choices for printing and adding specific options. We would like the options to be very specific to what a customer chooses on this form, by process of elimination. It will need to be tied into a database of images specific to their choice of options that they can login, download, and revisit at a later time. * Items should include an option to register after a quote is completed to save information for the customer * Ability to log-in and register as a customer * Ability to download templates in .EPS, .PDF, .AI, .INDD, .PSD, .JPG, .TIF * Ability to see past orders * Ability to click an email link to see a custom quote on our website when it is ready. * Ability to upload and maintain our customer database online * Ability to produce a quote online [owner] to send to a customer. * Ability to export our customer database * Ability to import a /new/add customers to our database. * Auto-notify a customer when their quote is ready. Among other things. This will most likely be a lengthy and complicated project, so we would like to continue working with the developer to add new features as they become available or make edits. We do not want to have any FLASH animation. Graphics and updates should be made as people select multiple choices. We are looking to work with establishing a quote for this project, so we will choose 3 developers to submit a proposal and provide a rough estimate with deliverables.
