Custom CMS template

Hello, We need a Custom CMS template with 4 slightly different page layouts including homepage. - We will provide the layout & design (Photoshop/illustrator files)including placement of icons and buttons, colors etc, but no CSS. - Any good open source CMS (Joomla & the like) can be used but it has to be PHP 5/MySQL 5 compatible. - The back office must be customized so that we can have an easy link to one specific area (the news). - You will have to install the completed website on the remote server.
