Custom Building Estimator for Closed Pole Barns, Open Pole Barns and Lean To\'s

I need a building estimator tool created. Two examples of how the tool should work are [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] Attached are the calculations required for each building type. There are three building types to choose from Pole Barn, Open Pole Barn or Lean To. I would like to display an image of the building as it is being built by the estimator tool and display components on the building image as they are being selected. As the width, length and height are selected, this should be displayed on the building image. As bays, doors, windows, gables, etc, are added, these items should be displayed on the building image. When a color for the roof is selected, the roof color should be displayed on the building image.
An admin area needs to be created where the prices for each item required in the calculations can be adjusted as necessary.
