Critique Website Project

I am looking for someone to design an easy-to-update restaurant review site. The main page of the site will have an overview of the recent restaurants that we have reviewed/critiqued. It should have a search box to search by area, restaurant type, rating, price or name. Each restaurant page will have a total/average rating, based on a 1-5 star method. The total/average rating will be comprised of an average of a few different categories. Each restaurant will have a pricing scale (from least-to-most expensive, per plate). There will be a review written for each restaurant, pictures, logos and a typed/copy of the menu, as well as their contact information and hours (if any of those items are available). There should be a link to the restaurant, as well as a google/mapquest of the restaurant. Optionally we would allow users to rate the restaurant and comment, but this section would be at the bottom of the page, and not affect the main review/rating. There should be an average user rating though so people can see what our rating is, and compared to the average user rating. This site should have Good Adsense throughout, but not in a distracting way. (I can handle adding this to the pages) The images that I would like to use will be provided (purchased by me through iStock), as well as the basic layout/structure of the page.
