Create a similar to 9GAG website (More info in description)

Hello everyone, I am looking for a programmer which can create me a website which is very similar to 9gag.com. I would however, like the design to be based on the website [login to view URL], which is another 9gag like site. My website is currently a flash games website, but I will be moving the flash games section to [login to view URL], and would like a link in the top bar. I will provide a mockup of the design layout I would like. What I would like included: User channels: Once a user signs up through facebook, I would like them to select a username in which they are given their own channels. I would like it so that once users are logged in they can subscribe to other channels, and view their subscriptions in a custom page [I will provide a design mockup]. Must be able to display users points and subscribers, and channel views. Messaging: I would like for the user to be able to message other users. Achievements: I would like users to be able to earn credits, if possible using cubepoints (to allow achievements). I will PM a list of achievements I would like the users to be able to earn. Eg. Submit a link- 2 points. I would like badges to be able to be earned and displayed on channels and beside names when a file is uploaded. Block user/Ignore user system: I would like it so that a user can block another- thus not be able to see their posts. If a user is blocked enough times, they are put under review to be possibly banned. I would like it that the post title will scroll along with the image- particularly useful when an image is very long. Colour customization: I would like the user to be able to choose a light or dark theme for their top bar, default being dark. Video Section: I would like there to be categorised sections in which a user can determine where an upload is to be held. Eg. A user sets an upload as a ‘video’ and it is uploaded to the video section. I would like a mandatory facebook sign up as well. I will PM further details and the final mockup I would like to the person I choose, including designs of all of the listed features and the upload manager. I would also like user privileges- so Administrator, Member, and Moderator. Payment: I will provide half of the payment once a live demo is shown to me, and free of bugs, and the other half of the payment when it is live on my servers.
