Create a party advertisement website

Ok guys this is simple. The concept is a Party advertisement website. It need to start with a page where it describe the product which in this case is a place where you can find everything that is going on tonight. It should be location based, meaning that it will either ask for a zip code or have it like a filter where you select the state and city. After that it should then have a way to select what are you looking for: -Night Clubs -Bars -Karaoke -Restaurants -and anything else you can think about party After you make your selection, then it should give you a list of the places based on the selected location and subject, where you will have then a description of what is going on tonight at that place including: -A Party flyer -Directions and phone number -Place details: if is a happy hour, prices, deals, etc... -A link to refer you to a ticketing system to buy tickets of the concert/party (something like Ticketmaster or whichever i choose) - A rate the place with star (something like a review) -A section to update if information is not accurate. It should give you an option to create a profile to collect your information (Name, email, phone and preferences) in order to have a SMS and email system that will send you updates when a new party is posted at your favorite pre-selected place/s I need t have the ability to update the website and add/remove/create flyers and contents for any new event that will be added.
