Create Similar Website

Have a look at this website www(dot)canvasartstudio(dot)com I do the same thing, print digital photos on canvas and create digital paintings which I then print on canvas. I am looking for almost a duplicate site that would function the same way. I also like the flash used on the home page and would like mine to be similar. I will provide you with images to show examples on the site. Not looking to spend a lot on this website because I can offer the winning bidder more websites with similar designs when this one is complete. Probably another 4 or 5 websites more. Hosting will be taken care of with my choice of hosting company. I will also provide you with the domain name after I register it so it can be added to the site. I would like to keep the budget around $200 or less. This site shouldn't be too difficult using HTML/Flash I was told.
