Countdown till launch Page

Im needing somone to design a kinda complex Countdown page to a site that will be lanching in 2012. The page will require some sort of animation but I prefer not to use Flash. Below is the instructions: The page will be a sky or kinda troubled times looking background with the bottom being dirt/grass. Kinda like a sideview of the dirt/grass. There will be a Human skull laying on the grass and it will look kinda old. I want the roots from the dirt to slowly over time grow around the skull. As it gets closer to 2012 more roots grow around the skull. I also want there to be a countdown timer to Jan 1st 2012 that goes good with the whole theme. I also want the Slogan to be incorpated in. Which is "The Worlds Not Coming to a End, Were just taking over" When 2012 finally arrives I want the skull to be fully wrapped with roots from the ground and it sprouts into a Sunflower. The person who does this needs to be very good at what they do, it needs to look very professional. If done good, I will also be using the person to build the main website.
