Correct Simple Spacing Issue & Create Employment Form

This is a two part project: First, we need someone to take out the top and bottom gaps/spaces on one of our pages. I'm not fluent with PHP, CSS, or whatever it's written in and I don't have time to sit around and figure it out myself. Should be a simple fix, nothing too crazy. Here is the link for reference: [login to view URL] ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Part Two: Make a simple Job Application form very similar to this one: [login to view URL] All the same info except exclude the "Enter your Facebook profile and Twitter link" boxes. (A "Personal Website" text field will be sufficient) The entered info and resume attachments would need to be emailed to a specific email account with a decient file size limit. (Or no limit) This should be similar to what [login to view URL] does, but NOT through any 3rd party sites, or widgets, etc. Also the form would need to fit in a 900px wide table and have a nice, simple, easy to comprehend layout. I would prefer this to be written in HTML so it can be installed with no hassle. Both will need to be completed in a timely manner. We will only work with someone who has samples of their previous PHP, CSS, HTML, etc work to show for. Do not bid if you don't know anything about these types of things or don't have any previous work to demo. Payment will be completed when the spacing corrections and form are installed on our site, tested and in working order. Completion of this project may lead into more web projects in the near future.
