I have a newsletter design in PSD format that I need converted to email-ready HTML.

Please don't quote if are not experienced with developing HTML for email programs.

This is reopened because we picked GOFFY and they never delivered. We are closing it because we cannot risk it happening again. It is a pity I cannot actually put that on their review. I don't recommend them at all. Poor work, poor communication and in the end disappeared completely.
