Content Locking Network (Simpler CPALead)

Need a website built similar to CPALead but a lot more simple, instead of users having to complete surveys they have to watch a video advert on the publishers site. Basically I need two separate sign up forms, one for publishers and one for advertisers. Then two separate dashboards for these users. Publisher dashboard: - Account overview including stats about their earnings - Get Code page where they can get code to content lock their site - Payments page where they can request a payment - Contact page Advertiser dashboard: - Add funds to account via PayPal - Add a new campaign where they can upload their videos and add a link to where each one redirects and also a budget for that video and the category it fits into. - Account overview page including stats about their campaigns. Admin dashboard: - Approve new publishers and advertisers - Approve new campaigns and set how much money the publisher gets and how much the admin gets. - Manager payments to users. - Manage users - Manage campaigns Once a campaign is approved the video needs to go live and be displayed on the content locker the publisher has on their website, once someone has view the advertisement the advertiser must be charged and money must be transferred from their accounts into the publisher and admin accounts depending on what the admin has set the split amount to be.
