Complete partially built CMS for a demo site / Possible full time work for future

Currently...we are looking for someone to finish off a CMS we were having developed for a client website a long time ago. The CMS is roughly 75% complete, but needs a lot of alterations as well as "reference codes" to developer removed. You will be requested to work on our server in completing this...linking it to a provided demo website PSD. Cms functions include things such as navigation and page management, bulk photo gallery uploading with watermarking (and photo control - thumbnails, rotating, etc.), on-site mailing systems, form creator...etc. Your pretty much standard stuff. Our client do not like WORDPRESS - so if you push wordpress, do not apply. This is a small budget project to finish it off. We would prefer a few laid back individuals who are out of the box thinkers and quick with their work. We have many...many projects for clients that we would like to provide to either one reliable individual (who can handle 4 to 5 projects per month) or, someone who has a small team behind them. We would even consider retaining you and your team's services for all future work.
