Coding of new web site from psd file

I need to transform the drawing of a new website in coding.
I have psd file and fonts file and I will provide photos later.
In attachment you can find the jpg of what i need
Main points:
- search engine friendly coding
- I don't want the MAKE A RESERVATION boxes on picture: they are in jpg only to show them in one file.
- I need the homepage but also other pages
- i need a booking page but it's not urgent now, then please tell in your offer if booking script is included or not. The booking page will allow visitors to check availability online and to book paying to paypal.
- site must be mobile responsive
