Code/Script for Texas Holdem Poker and Bingo

I would like to buy existing code/script for Texas holdem poker and bingo. They will be added to my website. Ease of use and modern look and feel are very important. This project is for my local amateur football club to raise much needed funds. I do not need the normal payments system as users who register can only pay €5 entry fee into a game and this money will go straight into the football clubs bank account. No prize money given out. Just the basic gameplay. But I do need to be able to track everything in the CMS. So I need a secure link between the €5 registration fee and the poker/bingo game. We can not afford for this to be created from scratch but want something a lot better than the freeware thats available. Whoever gets this project will surely get more work in the near future. I want to develop a good relationship with the developer :) I need: Multi-table tournaments Unlimited tables Unlimited tournaments Unlimited members Table chat Avatars Customisable background, characters, and logos on tables Needs to be mobile/tablet friendly No downloading for users to play I want full unlimited commercial use of the code. There will be no-ongoing royalties paid. I need to test the software properly before any purchase. It must feel like any other poker/bingo website.
