Clone of Blogger Arcade Site / Template

I am looking for someone who is familiar with [login to view URL] and can create a template that will function like: [login to view URL] (this site is hosted on blogger). The flash games / thumbnail / description /etc. is something that will be provided and should be easily entered. I will be hosting the flash game swf, thumbnail filesm, and graphics on another server. This should be a fairly simple and straightforward task. However, we can discuss further if needed.
