Car Park Booking System (PHP) (MySQL)

Hi, I need a system that allows users to book car park spaces online. They will need to input date & time of arrival and departure, choose from a range of Optional packages (Bronze, Silver, Gold etc.) The system needs to use a MySQL database to check for available spaces and then display them to the user, along with prices. (When no spaces are available the user needs to be shown 'Parking Unavailable please choose a different date or package') If spaces are available the user will be required to enter their vehicle, flight and personal details. The system then needs to pass the user to SagePay or Paypal to complete an online payment. There will need to be a small admin panel with a calendar to see how many people are booked in on each day. The ability to edit the site at the back end would be a help also, but not a requirement. Both an admin user and the visitor will need to be sent an email when the booking is completed. The system needs to be written in (un-encrypted) PHP and use a MySQL backend. Thanks
