I need a site that do the following Allow user to register and upload their resumes The site after the registration is validated shall create a link to the file of the resume The link can be shared to social networks or sent by email Every time the user update his file the new file shall replace the old file but the link will stay the same When the link is clicked it will take user to the CV it self or to a page to download it The registration form shall have 2 options (looking for job) or (recruiter) The recruiter can search resumes by the registration fields and a meta tags (key words) that the user enters when registered as looking for job Every six months the system shall generate a request to resumes that were not updated and date of update shall be shown in the search results Simple statistics page will be shown for user of No of downloads and some related figures PM shall be there between recruiters and other users Note: i am not a raciest but Pakistani Developers shall not bid, as i have lost more than 3000 Dollars and 5 websites because of them, and they just bid, get awarded and run.
