Just need a basic website built for my small business (IT service, support & sales), 4-5 basic pages including a submittable form. Pages required would be: Home Contact Us Services Submittable Form page (basic contact info of customer as well as descriptions of their issue etc) Looking for color theme similar to the attached flyer, as well as a logo however they do not necessarily need to be used (Happy to leave it to the designers discretion).
