Build a photo sharing website

Looking into building a photo sharing website with a few criteria preferably based on wordpress. I already have a site running based on wordpress thus current content have to be easily imported. 1. Visitors need to register an account with my site to view NSFW content or to vote and can be easily registered via facebook. 2. A profile page which visitors can add avatars of themselves, follow someone else or be followed and can view latest posts by all users who is following, favorite a pic and post their own photos or videos which will be posted to the main index page for everyone to view as well. 3. Visitors are all ranked lvl 1 and can earn exp points by posting pics/vids, liking a photo, sharing a photo. With every likes they received on their photos they will earn exp points to allow them to gain lvl and lvl can be as high as possible. 4. Photos/videos posted have a voting system where the most highest number of votes will be posted to a 'hot' page similar to 9gag. Are you able to help me with these? A great example would be a theme like me gusta from theme forest but with members page and activities for members like memecenter.
