Build a page displaying pictures (Flex)

Hey there guys, I am looking for a handy flex and php programmer to build a page to display pictures on my website. The page should be integrated in my current website [login to view URL] This is how it works and what you will need to get done. Currently our website allows users to take pictures of themselves and then they can save it to the hard drive, or post it to facebook or twitter. However what I want you to add is that if a person takes a picture and decides to share it on facebook or twitter,as well as being shared to facebook or twitter it will also be displayed on the snapshot page you will make. I have the psd of the page. The page should also allow visitors to up vote or down vote pictures. That will be pretty much it. Also there may be a little tweak you will have to do to the snapshot button. That will be it. If your interested in the gig, hit me up !
