Build eLearning CMS Portal and integrate with efront LMS

Teqnium is looking for a PHP developer with experience in eFront, Joomla and Drupal for an immediate opening. Keyskills: PHP, wordpress, efront, joomla, mysql, LMS, CMS Education: BSC, BSC computers, BCA, MCA, BTech Responsibilities: Build a web platform using Drupal or Joomla and integrate with existing efront LMS. Integrate the CMS and LMS with plugins / extensions like Payment Gateway, enrollment, Chat, Skype and twitter. Customize the existing open source LMS system (efront). Identify best of breed technologies and provide technology solutions, to support a large number of learners. Identify LMS that can be used offline on iPad or other tablets. Identify performance bottlenecks and provide solutions. Suggest and use best practices in coding and development, including security programming. Perform Load testing of the web applications. Should have problem solving, prioritizing and multitasking abilities. Ability to work as a team member and work to meet the deadlines. Ability to interface with customers when needed. Required Skills / Experience: 5-7 years of experience developing web applications using PHP and MySQL. 5-6 years Experience in PHP CMS and frameworks like Drupal and Joomla. 3-4 years of Strong experience integrating learning management systems like eFront / Moodle (LMS) with CMS like Drupal / Joomla. 4-6 Years experience working in a Linux and Apache environment. Expert level familiarity with available open source packages in the area of education & training Experience in developing plugins, Integrating 3rd party APIs and custom themes, coding etc. Strong experience incorporating extensions / plugins like enrollment, payment gateway, chat, sky pe, twitter. Excellent SQL/Database skills. Experience with Open Source Projects. Deep knowledge of one or more proprietary LMS systems, rapid content generation systems like Articulate and media streaming servers is a big plus. Familiarity with Java Script, J2EE, Ruby and Python is a big plus. Salary: Highly competitive, with attractive growth options.
