Build and complete a simple one page website from spec in 6 hours starting ASAP

I will provide: [a] the visual specifications that must be followed carefully in a marked up image [b] a WordPress version of the page that is 80% complete that can be used for reference and some of the code [c] information on why the theme will not allow easy completion of the spec to 100% and why it may be better to hand code this page [d] access to the needed images and logo You will provide: [a] 5+ years of experience building sites from scratch with HTML, CSS, Javascript and possibly PHP - no exception [b] Also, 2+ years experience with WordPress preferred [c] 6 hours of your time* starting ASAP during which this is the only project you are working on until it is 100% complete - no exceptions [d] consistent communication in well written English and hourly updates [e] questions about the project up front, clear confirmation that you understand the spec and specifics on how you will build this page [f] honesty and transparency in your work Notes: *If it only takes you two hours to complete this project, as it easily could do for a skilled developer, then great! We will both be happy to be done and move on to other things. [a] Do not attempt to use a WordPress theme or any other template without telling me and demonstrating it live with me before proceeding. I strongly prefer not to use a CMS at this point, but if you can make WordPress or another system match the spec *exactly and within 8 hours* then let's talk. [b] Do not expect any payment until the page is 100% done, reviewed, approved and live on my server - sorry, I am a good employer but have had bad luck with milestones and other payments before project completion recently.
