Build an auction website

I am looking for someone to design an online auction site where I could take possession of the inventory, sell to the highest bidder, cut checks to the owners of the inventory, track what needs to be sent out after payment is received. Currently using [login to view URL] to host. The fuctionality of the site will be similar or identical to the "[login to view URL]" site which appears to have everything I need at this time. Should have - SQL database to store personal info, Items for auction, bidding information, payment tracking, pictures, items sold or unsold, - login/registration process. A watch list function for users. A minimum bid setting and "buy now" button An items bought history for users with details An item search field A contact page An easy method of entering items for sale and uploading photos. Needs to automatically relist sales 4 times at the end of each auction for a total of 5 listings Need to be able to quickly identify items for sale, items sold and unsold, amounts owed to customers, amounts Users will not be able to list items, only send them in with a printable online form or bid on items if they are logged in.
