Build a Website by copying a Wix site I previously built

I built a Wix site for my law office. Shortly thereafter I realized that they were going to be charging me a considerable amount per month for the project that I wanted to do. So, I am looking for someone to build a site copying the look and text of the Wix site. There are two additional features that will need to be incorporated: First, I have several URLs that need to be tied to specific pages. Second, I would like a blog functionality where, when a specific tag is included in the blog post, that entry will be reproduced not only on the blog page, but also on the page that is specific to that type of content. To be more specific, I have the general law office site, and several pages associated with it. Within the context of the law office site, I have pages that are specific to certain practice areas. Each of those pages will have its own URL. Each of those pages will also have an area where, when a blog post is tagged with that page's tag, the blog post will be reproduced there as well as on the primary blog page.
