Build Website From Premium Wordpress Theme

I have purchased a wordpress theme from themeforest.com. Please look at the link: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I want my site laid out very similarly to this one. This will be a two step job. Step 1: Create layout using purchased theme and insert some content Custom Coding Requirements: I need there to be a portion of the website that our clients can customize there product. We sell prefab homes, so they need to be able to put different siding on, different colours, different sizes and for the price to go up or down based on these selections CHECK OUT THIS WEBSITE: [login to view URL] (this is similar to what we are looking for) Step 2: Insert all images, content etc. Other than the Build Page it's a pretty simple project since it is built on a premium responsive wordpress theme. My budget for this project is low and I am looking for step 1 to be completed quickly and step 2 to be completed within 60 days. There will be 2 milestones one for completion of step 1 and one for completion of step 2.
