Build an Online Store with booking functionality

I am looking to hire someone to create me a simple webpage for a mobile repair store so that the customer can simply see the prices and products on the main page, have a secondary page where they can book a repair in and have the ability to send it into us to repair (this would require online payment method, paypal will be fine here), third page will be a contact page. I would also like the meta tags to be changed so that my website shows up first in my area.
