Build Design Develop Vbulletin + Webshop Site

Please find my project details below: Project scope: - build an appealing commercial expat community forum including style sets, themes, banner and logo (new style, round shapes, apple-like, easy navigation -- details will follow) - include appealing forum (vbulletin, no licence bought yet so you need to have your own) - something like the cielo theme - include blog / special section (to be communicated) - integrated webshop with easy administration (with auction, count down capabilities) - single sign-on - forum topics need to seemless interact with webshop categories (products have to come by on a rotating basis based on area you are in the forum) - ability to do auctions for a period of time (e.g. 50 hours until sale) - ability to search members when signed in based on different criteria - develop logo, banners and all visual needs to get site started (being creative required) - add empty banners for discreet advertisement - area where people can upload their photo's and can tag them -- build a photo wall - install avatar mod so people can upload their personal picture - easy to moderate any part of website, forum, blog and webshop through administrator function - install all mods for easy user interaction and communication within site (instant messaging, chatting, email, etc.) - add poll functionality to forum (! A nice one) - empty advertising banners to be developped on the bottom and side of the site - transfer site from testing environment to production - ensure secure site (http,etc.) - rotating background pictures on front page (flash) - Facebook integration - Twitter - Ability to add widgets (google integration) - link to suppliers website if we do not have the product for ordering - add other mods / enhancements that will make the site more interactive and user friendly - add friend rating system and moderator functionality - rotating auction offers on front page - Google optimization - min 4 hour training and handover for me and my team on how to use the admin function and maintain the site (no kidding!)
