Build a BTC to Multiple Crypto-Currency Trading Exchange

Hi Coders, I am looking to build a BTC to Multiple Crypto-Currency Trading Exchange on the lines of BTC-e.com. I want my exchange to feature the following 5 major functions: 1) Account management: Right from account creation for the user, to building a secure 2-factor authentication. Email notification for every deposit, withdrawal and login. Should also feature users’ account settings to toggle between options and settings. (detailed list will be provided). Accounts and all accounts-related data has to be stored in highest possible secure environment to avoid problems and theft. 2) Deposits: User should be able to deposit funds across all currencies by assigning a unique wallet to that user. Deposits should appear immediately for trading in user’s account AFTER getting a pre-decided number of confirmations from the currency network. We'd also be adding the option to deposit and withdraw cash in later stage - I basically want the system to be flexible. 3) Trading: This involves buying and selling of available currency in user’s account. We’re looking to replicate the trading framework of MCXNow entirely. We also want user-chat with realtime monitoring and admin controls. We generate revenue at a fixed % value of every trade. Trading has to be real-time, and, “goods” are going to be deducted from users’ account the moment they punch an order. Once the order gets processed, the “funds” are going to be available instantly for the user. We’d also like to have realtime charts, API Access and Order queue to be available to users. 4) Withdrawals: Just like deposits, we let user withdraw currencies in their own wallets across all currencies. Withdrawals will be carrying a fixed amount of nominal fees. 5) Reports (for management): For our own analysis, we would like a back-end administration panel where we can monitor users’ activity, control DDoS (if it happens), banning users or IPs from trading, moderate chats, see daily volumes, see daily or per-user trade history, see the funds in hand, see daily revenue. We’re looking to build a very secure crypto-currency exchange and provide a budding platform for currency miners and enthusiasts to sell and invest in a plethora of crypto-currencies in the market today. This platform has to be scalable and very secure in all aspects. I will be personally involved in taking all the decisions and to monitor the development of this project.
