Art erotica adult website build

I need to launch an adult erotica website. I have all the photos, and examples of sites I want it to be like. I am experienced in web, but not in CMS or adult hosting. I am thinking of using Joomla as the CMS, but I do not have time to learn how to use it. I need someone who can put together a pretty basic CMS that will upload new photo galleries every 2 weeks, and will rotate galleries on the front page. It also needs to include a payment system, and be put onto the server at the adult hosting service. Ideally you can integrate the payment system and server side. Once it is built I'd want to take it over, and then I will add all the photos, and set the updates. I am thinking about using virtual adult for the hosting but I'm open to ideas. This is a low budget project but pretty simple. I just want to get a larger database of content online soon. If you are good with CMS and hosting this should be easy! Should speak English, be reliable, and good at CMS and Hosting server side work.
