Android Application for tourism accomodation listings - to be done in max 24 hours

I want to build an Android application within 24 hours for hotels and villas rooms booking.
Basically it will be an implemented php frame between Android SDK.
What we need to do is as follows:
-Frontend should list some hotels available with available room number displayed on the right side
-All entries are inserted from a php backend in mysql
-When tapping an entry it will go to a hotel page with some description, photos, calendar with prices and contact details
-A simple admin panel for adding rooms and hotels should also be created for doing it with ease
This has to be done in one day. I would like a freelancer from Romania to do it for better talk.
