Amend our Whizzy Tags module which can currently only be used in a square configuration (tag cloud) to:
1 - Be able to specify your own dimensions - this will need a new way of doing the tag clouds
2 - Have one module to power com_content & com_k2 tag clouds
3 - Support tags from Joomla! 3.x in addition to point 2 above
