Affiliate Referall Site - Dvdreward.co.uk

I want a small site putting together. It will need to be very simple and easy to use but also look proffessional. The sites main function will be to get sign-ups. After that it will encourage referalls (which are rewarded etc). The site would have to reflect this focus but most of all reflect the price tag. £0.00. I have added a more detailed description on my design specification in the word 07 file attached. There will need to be some basic php added to some pages eg. login scripts, referall script and dvd ordering system but i will give more details on the specs of these nearer the time. I would also want a back-end where i can manage the dvd orders and keep tabs of referalls etc. Please DO NOT BID if you don't think you will be able to handle the PHP side of the project as this is included in my budget.
