Advertising and Graphic Design

Hello. I'm looking for an experienced individual or company to create a new theme and advertise my WHMCS hosting site. I wish to pay upto $50 for this, and if you wish then you could have a long-term advertising job, making 20% of the site's profits. How you will qualify to be paid: (I work in GBP) 1. Create a theme for my site. 2. Advertise my site 3. Once the site has made £60 or $100 you will be paid half, and offered a permanent position making 20% of all profits for keeping traffic to the site up. As the average sale on our site is around £45, you will only need to attract 2 customers to do this project, but we would like a lot more if possible.
